As many will know getting married in the British Isles is certainly 'pot luck' when it comes to the weather. You can plan for a mid-July wedding and it can still rain, yet get married in March or April and you could be lucky and time it when some early spring weather makes an appearance.

As we progress through the rest of the week and into the weekend it certainly looks as though it will be high pressure that will dominate and time perfectly for the Royal Wedding on Saturday. Whether you're celebrating with garden parties or not, it won't just be SE England that sees plenty of sunshine and warm temperatures, it is looking like much of the British Isles will have another fine day on Saturday with plenty of sunny spells and warm temperatures, as the high pressure dominates.

Equally, if the Royal Wedding is just a 'stepping stone' to the FA Cup Final, then for all you Man United and Chelsea fan's out there, then it'll be a great afternoon and evening too, no doubt there'll be a few headaches by Sunday morning!...
