Potential for Flooding in Ireland on Tuesday?

Models are indicating very heavy rainfall for portions of Counties Kerry and Cork early on Tuesday morning. Up to 25mm is forecast in just 3 hours before dawn. Coupled with the fact that there are still a lot of leaves on the ground we could see some surface flooding ensue
