IRI calls a warm, average summer

It's good to see a forecast fitting in with our thoughts! The IRI have released their forecast for summer (June, July and August) and it shows the prospects of a drier than average, warmer than average summer. Tropical Cyclone Veronica

Warnings have now ceased for Tropical Cyclone Veronica as it is now dissipating just off the coast of Western Australia. The cyclone dropped more than 400 millimetres of rain over a sparsely inhabited region to the west of Port Hedland. Port Hedland itself received in excess of 350 millimetres of
