So there's a theory doing the rounds that Monday's power outage in Spain, Portugal and parts of France was caused by temperature anomalies across Spain. This is very odd as the chart of temperatures for 11am on Monday morning below shows. Temperatures in Spain ranges from around 15 to 24C, nothing unusual
