Hello all,
So it is this period of the year, that the Atlantic tropical storm activity is at its highest. And it is quite common to see some tropical systems blending in the mid-latitudes atmosphere circulation and becoming quite deep low pressure systems. So far this autumn we did not have a lot of them coming over the British Isles.
Just to not that the last couple of model runs are indicating such a system to approach us from the southwest later next week.
However the confidence is very low at the moment but we definitely need to keep an eye on such a development.
More news coming next days.
Thank you
Filotas
