Latest ENSO forecast stays weak

The International Research Institute (IRI) have just released the round-up of ENSO model forecasts issued in July. You can see from the chart below how the majority of models are sticking with the very weakly positive ENSO, but only just. They come in around the +0.3 mark, essentially giving a neutral
