The MJO is certainly forecast to go through many phases in the next month. Notice below how we enter phase 3, then into phase 4 around 15th March, phase 5 around 22nd March, phase 6 near 27th March and even phase 7 by early April. Usually these phase lead too.... Phase 3 -

It's about bloomin' time! The weather machine is set to see a change of pattern, and unlike last month I don't think this one is going to let us down. Most models are now going with the theme of drier weather for many, but not all parts of the country. With an easterly
